The Challenge
Agencies needed a branded support portal that didn't require expensive SaaS subscriptions. Existing solutions in the WordPress ecosystem were either generic, bloated, slow to set up, or completely disconnected from the actual business model of selling support hours.
The Solution
We built Supportivo from the ground up to address these exact pain points. As soon as it's activated, it creates its own database tables and a first set of frontend pages automatically — no configuration file to edit by hand.
